As an employee in Portugal, INL will register you in the Portuguese Social Security (Segurança Social) and Portuguese Tax Authorities (Finanças), where you will need to update your address by the following means: 

  
Update the address in the Social Security  
    Where and How? 

• You can update your address online through the following link https://app.seg-social.pt/ptss/

• Once you start at INL, HR will make the registration on the website and let you know once the letter arrives so that you can proceed with the login.

  Update the address in Finanças (Portuguese Tax authorities): 

  Where and How? 

• You can update your address online through the “Portal das Finanças” website: https://www.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt/ 

• Once you have your NIF, you can register following this guideline.

Please note that every time you change your address you need to update it with the Portuguese Authorities (either online or on-site).
